All parrots sold by Noble Gray Parrots come with official documentation that includes a Health Certificate, DNA Gender Test, and Vaccination Record issued by a certified avian vet. These documents confirm that your parrot has been properly examined and cleared for travel. We also provide care instructions and feeding guidelines to help new owners maintain the health and happiness of their birds.
We offer a 14-day health guarantee from the date the parrot is delivered to its new owner. During this period, buyers are encouraged to take their parrot to a certified avian veterinarian for a wellness check. If, within the guarantee period, the bird is found to have a life-threatening genetic or viral illness, verified by a licensed avian vet, the buyer must notify us immediately and provide a written medical report. Once the condition is confirmed by our veterinarian, we will either replace the bird with another of equal value or provide a refund, depending on the situation.
Please note that this guarantee does not cover conditions caused by stress, improper diet, environmental factors, accidents, or exposure to other pets after the bird has arrived at its new home. The buyer is responsible for ensuring that the bird is housed safely, provided with a proper diet, and kept in a clean and secure environment. Failing to follow these care guidelines may void the health guarantee.
