Shipping Policy — Noble Gray Parrots

At Noble Gray Parrots, we are proud to offer safe and reliable shipping for our parrots to customers around the world. We understand that receiving a live bird requires great care, and we have designed our shipping process to ensure the safety, comfort, and health of every parrot from our facility to your home. All shipments are handled with the utmost attention, using experienced and licensed pet transport partners who specialize in live animal delivery.

Before shipping, every parrot undergoes a complete veterinary health check to ensure it is healthy, fully weaned, and fit for travel. Each bird is provided with a government-approved Health Certificate, DNA gender test results, and vaccination record issued by a certified avian veterinarian. We do not ship any bird that is sick, weak, or underage. Our priority is always the safety and welfare of our parrots.

All parrots are shipped in climate-controlled, IATA-approved travel crates that allow adequate ventilation, comfort, and security throughout the journey. The crate includes food and water containers to keep the bird hydrated and calm during transit. We carefully plan every trip to minimize travel time and ensure the bird experiences as little stress as possible. In most cases, flights are direct to the nearest major airport where live animal pickup is available.

Once your parrot is shipped, we provide a tracking number and full flight details so you can follow the journey in real time. Upon arrival, buyers must collect their parrot promptly from the airline’s live animal pickup department or the delivery agent to prevent unnecessary stress or temperature exposure. A valid government ID and waybill number will be required for pickup.

We currently offer both domestic and international shipping. For international orders, all necessary documentation—including export permits, veterinary clearance, and airline approvals—will be arranged by us in accordance with the import regulations of your country. It is the buyer’s responsibility to ensure that local laws permit the importation of the species being purchased. Delays caused by customs clearance or airline procedures are beyond our control, but we work closely with the transport agencies to assist and resolve any issues quickly.

Buyers are expected to inspect their parrots upon arrival. If there is any concern about the bird’s condition, we must be notified immediately and a certified avian veterinarian should perform an examination within 24 to 48 hours. This step also activates the health guarantee that comes with every parrot purchased from Noble Gray Parrots.
